Statutory requirement(s):
25. (3) A minister of the Crown, minister of state or parliamentary secretary shall, within 120 days after the day on which he or she is appointed, make a public declaration with respect to all of his or her liabilities of $10,000 or more that provides sufficient detail to identify the source and nature of the liability but not the amount.
51. (1) The Commissioner shall maintain a registry consisting of the following documents for examination by the public:
(a)
public declarations made under section 25;
(e)
any other documents that the Commissioner considers appropriate.
