Description
On June 28, 2021, in the exercise of my official duties, I recused myself from the discussions and decision concerning the nomination process of a new member to the Federal Judicial Advisory Committee for Ontario - East & North in order to avoid any appearance of preferential treatment or any opportunity to further the private interest of my friend, Ms. Suzanne Clément.
