Public Declaration of Assets

As required under the Conflict of Interest Act
Statutory requirement(s):
25. (2) A reporting public office holder shall, within 120 days after the day on which he or she is appointed as a public office holder, make a public declaration of all of his or her assets that are neither controlled assets nor exempt assets.
51. (1) The Commissioner shall maintain a registry consisting of the following documents for examination by the public:
(a)
public declarations made under section 25;
(e)
any other documents that the Commissioner considers appropriate.
