Public Declaration of Gifts or Other Advantages
As required under the Conflict of Interest Act
Statutory requirement(s):
25. (5) If a reporting public office holder or a member of his or her family accepts any single gift or other advantage that has a value of $200 or more, other than one from a relative or friend, the reporting public office holder shall, within 30 days after accepting the gift or other advantage, make a public declaration that provides sufficient detail to identify the gift or other advantage accepted, the donor and the circumstances under which it was accepted.
51. (1) The Commissioner shall maintain a registry consisting of the following documents for examination by the public:

- Disclosure date
- December 6, 2022
- Regime
- Conflict of Interest Act
- Nature
- One ticket to attend the following events in relation to the Canadian Football League (CFL) Grey Cup on November 20, 2022, in Regina, Saskatchewan:
• The CFL Commissioner's Tailgate Brunch
• The Grey Cup game
The invitation also gave access to the Commissioner's Lounge throughout the game, local transportation to and from the hotel to the events and included a water bottle, toque, scarf and Hot Poc cell phone warming pouch - Source
