Public Declaration of Gifts or Other Advantages
As required under the Conflict of Interest Act
Statutory requirement(s):
25. (5) If a reporting public office holder or a member of his or her family accepts any single gift or other advantage that has a value of $200 or more, other than one from a relative or friend, the reporting public office holder shall, within 30 days after accepting the gift or other advantage, make a public declaration that provides sufficient detail to identify the gift or other advantage accepted, the donor and the circumstances under which it was accepted.
51. (1) The Commissioner shall maintain a registry consisting of the following documents for examination by the public:

- May 1, 2025
- Regime
- Conflict of Interest Act
- Nature
- Various G7 branded items, including notebooks, card holders, leather coin holders, information cards, scarves and ties

- Organizers of the G7 Ministers' Meeting on Inclusion and Disability
- Circumstance
- Gifts received following my participation in the Group of Seven (G7) Ministers' Meeting on Inclusion and Disability, held in Italy, from October 14 to 16, 2024
